Does Quarkle train on user data?

No. We also make sure that none of our AI providers can train on your data.

Will Quarkle ever sell user’s data?

No. We would rather make money with a superior product.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You’re welcome to cancel your Quarkle subscription ANYTIME.

Step 1 - Go to your Profile Settings on the Top-Right of your screen

Step 2 - Click on the Settings dropdown

Step 3 - Click on Manage Subscription

Step 4 - Click on Manage Account

Step 5 - You will be redirected to our payment partner, here, you can cancel your subscription, update your credit card, etc.

How can I delete my account?

If you’re unhappy with Quarkle, you can also delete your account. This will delete all your data in our servers as well. While we are sad to see you go, we want to assure you that your data is completely wiped instantly. This also means if you delete your account, you will NEVER be able to recover your Quarkle data.

Step 1 - Go to your Profile Settings on the Top-Right of your screen

Step 2 - At the bottom, you will see Danger Zone / Account Deletion. Click that.

Step 3 - Click on Delete Account

Step 4 - A popup will appear asking for your final confirmation. Type delete my account to confirm and click Delete Account

When do you update Quarkle with the latest AI models?

Historically we’ve made new models available to Quarkle users within 1-14 days of new model release, but lately we’ve not been doing a good job at this. If you’re a Pro user and want a new model available, message us on Discord and we will try to see what we can do.

Is Quarkle killing human creativity?

This is the exact opposite of what we want to do. We believe every single one of us has a story to tell / share with the world or their loved ones. We want to empower people to bring those stories out. Quarkle was intentionally built to minimize AI-writing and maximize AI-critique.
